High-quality products tailored for wholesalers and distributors worldwide.
Chinee Garment Co., Ltd. supplies performance costumes, historical costumes, ethnic dancewear, opera costumes, cosplay outfits, and themed role-play apparel for international B2B buyers. The following ordering guide explains our standard process from the initial inquiry through customization, production, delivery, and after-sales communication. Specific commercial terms are confirmed according to the products, quantities, customization requirements, and destination of each order.
Please send us an inquiry with the product information and purchasing requirements available to you. Buyers may select from our existing costume styles or request products based on reference images, sketches, stage concepts, character designs, or performance themes.
To help us evaluate your request accurately, please provide as many of the following details as possible:
Clear references are particularly important for historical, opera, ethnic, and character-based costumes because styling, decorative elements, and accessories can vary significantly between productions.
We review each request based on the design complexity, materials, workmanship, size range, accessories, packaging, quantity, and delivery requirements. If any information is incomplete, our team will contact the buyer to clarify the specifications before preparing a quotation.
Customization may include fabric and color selection, size adjustments, embroidery or printed decoration, trims, closures, detachable components, matching headwear, belts, or other costume accessories. The availability and cost of each option are subject to technical review and confirmation.
Our quotation will normally identify the product description, quantity, unit price or total value, customization scope, packing method, estimated production arrangement, quotation validity, and applicable delivery terms. Freight, duties, taxes, bank charges, sample costs, or other expenses will be stated separately when relevant. Prices may be revised if the buyer changes the design, quantity, material, sizing, packaging, or delivery requirements.
For customized products, buyers may request a sample or pre-production review before bulk manufacturing. Sample availability, sample charges, development time, shipping costs, and revision arrangements depend on the product requirements and will be confirmed before sample work begins.
Because stage costumes often contain decorative details, layered components, or handmade elements, minor visual differences may occur between reference images, samples, and bulk items. We will communicate any necessary material substitutions or construction adjustments for approval when they affect the agreed appearance or function.
Buyers should review samples, digital mockups, fabric options, color references, size specifications, and accessory lists carefully. Bulk production will follow the approved information, so any requested changes should be submitted before production approval.
An order is considered confirmed after both parties have agreed on the essential commercial and technical details and the required initial payment or other agreed payment condition has been completed. Confirmation documents may include a quotation, pro forma invoice, purchase order, specification sheet, size chart, approved sample, design reference, or written approval by email.
Before confirming the order, please verify the following information:
Changes requested after order confirmation may affect pricing, material availability, production scheduling, and delivery. Chinee Garment Co., Ltd. will assess such requests and proceed only after the revised details and any related costs have been approved.
Payment terms are determined according to the order value, product type, customization level, production requirements, and transaction arrangements. The required payment stages, currency, payment method, and due dates will be stated in the quotation or pro forma invoice.
Production is scheduled after the agreed payment condition and all required order details have been received. Any remaining balance, where applicable, must be settled according to the confirmed order terms before shipment or at another mutually approved stage.
Buyers should use only the beneficiary and bank details shown on official documents issued by Chinee Garment Co., Ltd. If payment instructions appear to change, please verify them directly with our authorized contact before transferring funds. Bank handling fees and intermediary charges are allocated according to the confirmed commercial terms.
Production begins based on the approved specifications, materials, measurements, quantities, and sample or design references. Estimated lead time depends on order volume, product complexity, material availability, customization, packaging, and the production schedule at the time of confirmation. The applicable schedule will be discussed for each order rather than treated as a fixed delivery commitment.
During production, we may communicate with the buyer regarding material options, construction details, size questions, or other points requiring confirmation. For suitable orders, progress photographs or production updates may be provided upon request. Prompt buyer feedback helps avoid unnecessary delays.
Quality checks are conducted according to the confirmed order requirements and may cover:
Buyers requiring third-party inspection or a specific inspection standard should state this before order confirmation. Related arrangements, timing, and costs are subject to mutual agreement.
Products are packed according to the costume type, order quantity, transportation method, and confirmed buyer instructions. Standard export packing or customized packing may be arranged, including individual bags, labels, barcodes, carton marks, or other agreed identification details.
Shipping may be arranged by courier, air freight, sea freight, rail, or another suitable method depending on the shipment volume, destination, urgency, and budget. The selected method, freight responsibility, and applicable trade terms will be confirmed for each order. Transit times provided by carriers are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, seasonal congestion, weather, local delivery conditions, or other circumstances beyond the supplier’s direct control.
Unless otherwise agreed, buyers are responsible for providing complete consignee information and complying with destination-country import requirements. Import duties, taxes, customs charges, and local handling fees are determined by the destination authorities and are handled according to the confirmed trade terms.
After dispatch, available shipment details and transport documents will be provided as appropriate. Buyers should check the number and condition of packages upon receipt and retain the outer cartons, labels, and supporting documents if any shipping issue is identified.
Requests to change or cancel an order must be submitted in writing as soon as possible. Approval depends on the current stage of material purchasing, sample development, customization, production, packing, or shipping.
Costs already incurred for fabrics, trims, custom decoration, labels, samples, production work, packaging, or logistics may be chargeable. Customized or made-to-order products may not be eligible for cancellation after production has started. Any revised terms will be communicated for approval before further work proceeds.
Colors may appear different across screens, photographs, lighting conditions, and fabric batches. Reasonable variations may also occur in handmade decoration, embroidery placement, printed details, and measurements. If an exact color, fit, or visual standard is essential, buyers should request appropriate sampling or provide physical references before bulk production.
The buyer is responsible for checking that submitted designs, logos, character artwork, labels, and other intellectual property can be legally used. Chinee Garment Co., Ltd. may request authorization or decline content that raises intellectual property, legal, safety, or compliance concerns.
Please inspect the products promptly after delivery. If an order-related issue is found, contact us within the period stated in the confirmed order documents and provide the order number, affected quantity, clear photographs or videos, carton labels, and a detailed description of the issue.
We will review the information against the approved specifications, quality records, and shipping documents. Depending on the verified circumstances, an appropriate solution will be discussed with the buyer. Issues caused by incorrect buyer-provided measurements, unapproved alterations, misuse, improper storage, normal wear, or transportation handled outside the agreed scope will be evaluated separately.
Chinee Garment Co., Ltd. values clear documentation and timely communication throughout each project. For repeat programs, buyers are encouraged to share forecasts, updated size requirements, performance schedules, and replenishment plans in advance so that materials, samples, production, packing, and delivery can be coordinated efficiently.
